Reese's Has Released A Creme Egg Style Treat

Reese's Has Released A Creme Egg Style Treat

Nice.

Everything is getting made into a Creme Egg-type thing these days. And why not, eh?

The latest to be put into egg form for a boost in sales around the Easter period is Reese's. Personally, I think it's shit because I'm allergic to peanuts but I have it on good authority that apparently this is good news.

The treats are sold in five packs, and are, as you've probably worked out, milk chocolate eggs filled with creamy peanut butter. They also come with a small spoon if you want to eat the middle first, according to Food Envy.

But here's the catch, as, again, you've probably worked out, they're not available in the UK.

They are apparently in Walmart stores in the US, which is pretty much the same as every other amazing food that is released. In other news, KFCs in Japan have gravy on tap, McDonald's in Indonesia are selling a McRib/Big Mac cross over burgers, and a real-life Los Pollos Hermanos has opened in Tasmania.

Earlier in the year, Cadbury's went and dropped a limited edition Oreo Creme Egg, and you'd be right to go and stock up on it.

The treat has already been doing the rounds in places like Canada, but now it's in the UK, according to Metro.

It's effectively the same outer shell that contains the goodness of a Creme Egg, but instead harnesses the true power and sweetness of Oreo cream and biscuit.

Canadians have reportedly been enjoying the delight of this for a least a year, but if you look in the right places in the UK, you'll be able to find one yourself.

There is some disappointment, as there has been a decision to mess about with the packaging and throw some plastic around the egg rather than wrapping it in its usual foil - pointless.

Roll on Easter.
