She may not be the most popular of figures, and can often find herself in the headlines for the wrong reasons, but Kylie Jenner has done something rather praiseworthy.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has donated nearly $1 million(£780,000) to a surgery in Peru to help babies undergo cleft palate surgery.
The 19-year-old visited the centre, along with her mum, and met children who had been affected by the condition in association with the Smile Train organisation.
Kylie appeared to grow emotional as she cuddled baby Mia, who had undergone the surgery.

The reality star is working alongside the charity Smile Train in creating a special lipstick with proceeds going to the charity.
The organisation provides free surgeries for those in developing nations born with the condition.
Kylie, and mum Kris, travelled to the hospital in Lima and looked after pre-and-post-operation kids.

Kylie Jenner has announced that 100 per cent of the net proceeds from the sales of her limited colour lipstick will be given to the not-for-profit organisation.
It's expected over 600 children will be able to have 'new smiles' from the pink lipstick.
Cleft palates need treatment as they can provide difficulties later in life. Problems caused by a cleft palate include:
- Difficulty feeding - especially from breastfeeding or from a normal bottle as they can't create a good seal.
- Hearing problems - babies tend to be more susceptible to ear infections or a build-up of fluid in the ear.
- Dental problems - with the teeth not forming correctly.
- Speech problems - unclear or nasal-sounding speech could occur when the child is older.

The causes of cleft palates are estimated to be non-genetic as most cases are a one off but other triggers can involve smoking during pregnancy, drinking alcohol during pregnancy, obesity during pregnancy, a lack of folic acid during pregnancy, and taking some medicines.
