A warehouse worker who was was dumped over his weight has shed more than six stone and landed the girl of the his dreams.

Miro Judt split up with his girlfriend of six years after his junk food addiction made him balloon to 21 stone.

Thanks to a toxic diet of fizzy pop, takeaways, crisps and chocolate, Miro struggled to do even the simplest of tasks.

It was when his girlfriend left him that he decided enough was enough. To prove everybody who had doubted him wrong.

Less than a year later, Miro had not only lost 6.5 stone but gotten stacked on top of that. No mean feat.

Today, he's shacked up with the girl of his dreams, model Victoria. Professionally speaking, he has landed a job in the fitness industry. A dream for him.

The Wakefield-native, 33, shed his weight with the help of a competitive body builder who prescribed him a diet that included fish, chicken, egg whites and protein shakes, courtesy of Predator Nutrition.

Miro and Victoria now workout together.

He told the Mirror: "When I was younger I didn't care what I was eating and drinking, and was regularly knocking back full fat bottles of coke and ordering unhealthy takeaways.

"The problem was I had no real concept of what a nutritional diet was, so I put on a lot of excess weight.

Speaking about his long-term girlfriend leaving him, Miro said: "I felt so hurt, but I decided there and then that I was going to change and to show her that I could do better and improve my physique.

"I cut out all junk food and fizzy drinks from my diet whilst adjusting my calorie intake, and thanks to help from a bodybuilder I was able to start on a strict diet that helped me slim down.

Miro says meeting Victoria - which he did so on a dating app - is the best thing that ever happened to him. It's just what he needed to regain lost confidence.

"If my ex girlfriend can see me now, I hope she'll realise what she is missing out on," he said.

All the best lad.
