In the age when fake profiles on dating sites are as common as watching some guy let his dog do its business on the path and not clean it up, many users have become somewhat sceptical when swiping through their options.

Nineteen-year-old student Mark Kowalczyk was doing just that when he happened to spot the picture of Jenna Zagrodniczek stood, clear as day, in his home.

'WTF?' he thought. 'I don't know this girl'. Whether or not he wished that she was in his place is a different matter.

If she was stood there in a killer clown mask, I'm sure he would be pretty freaked out. But Mark did what any worthy and confused teenage guy would do in this situation; he took to Twitter:

Since then, his tweet has been liked more than 51,000 times and retweeted more than 14,000 times. Well, fry me in butter and call me a catfish, Jenna wasn't a fake profile after all. One of those 'likers' was the mysterious girl Jenna herself. But instead of clearing this mess up, she only added to the confusion and posted: "...was also on your porch.

Mark told Buzzfeed: "I assumed that since we had a couple parties before, it must have been from one of those nights."

Jenna confirmed Mark's philosophy and revealed that she took the selfie at one of Mark's house parties.

Turns out, by TheLADbible readers' standards, this isn't that weird at all. When asking you guys for your worst dating experiences, here's what came through:
