Playboy Model Who Mocked Pensioner’s Body Could Face Six-Month Jail Sentence

You'll remember when playboy model Dani Mathers posted a photo on Snapchat of a naked elderly woman in the changing rooms of the gym with the caption, "If I can't unsee this then you can't either."

After the body shaming snap circulated the Internet, Mathers was placed under investigation.

Since then, the LAPD has reportedly traced the photo back to a 70-year-old lady. She's pissed off following the leaked images of her naked body and will recommend that prosecutors charge Mathers for dissemination of private images, which carries a sentence of by to six months in jail, reports TMZ.

Following the incident, Mathers, who was Playmate of the Year in 2015, has deleted the image, tweeted an apology and back tracked so hard that she has released a video.

In the video, the 29-year-old said: "I just want to acknowledge a photo that I accidentally posted. It was absolutely wrong and not what I meant to do.

"I chose to do what I do for a living because I love the female body and I know body shaming is wrong. That's not what I'm about and this is not the type of person I am.

"The photo was taken as part of a personal conversation with a girlfriend and because I am new to Snapchat I didn't realise I had posted it, and that was a huge mistake.

"I know I have upset a lot of people out there but please believe me this is not the type of person that I am. I have never done this before and I will never do this again, you have my word."

But not many people are buying it and are still raging over Mathers' photo.

Interesting spelling on that last tweet.

The gym where the photograph was taken isn't happy and have deleted Mathers' membership.

I can't wait for the case to start so that Mathers offers the 70-year-old victim a proper apology, not for - or in front of - her 75,000 followers to see.
