Some People Think They've Figured Out Why Melania Trump's Face Dropped

Earlier this week, the hashtag #SaveMelania started trending after a video which appeared to show her face dropping after her husband, President Trump, turned away at his inauguration.

However, eagle-eyed Twitter users seem to have spotted the cause of her face drop.

If you watch the video carefully, Donald's daughter, Ivanka, seems to be the one he's looking at. If, like me, you've ever seen someone looking at you and grinned wildly, only to realise that they were looking at the person behind you, you'll know how absolutely soul-destroying it is.

Is that what's happening here?

So, despite what people have been saying it looks like Donald didn't actually say anything that broke Melania's heart, he just ignored her completely. Is that... is that better?

Neither President Trump nor his family have released a statement regarding the footage.
