Therefore, doctors in China recently operated to give this six-month-old kid, who's parents don't want him identified, a better quality of life.
In Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, the boy was operated after doctors amputated the excess toes and fingers.

The family of the little lad allegedly couldn't afford the surgery but, fortunately, the hospital decided to waver much of the fee, promising to keep an eye on him until he's at least 16 years old.
