That's right, London has brushed aside all other competitors and is the Tony Montana of the EU.

Scientists with the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs tested sewage from 60 cities, finding that London's sewers were rife with cocaine.
Experts detected 909mg of cocaine per 1,000 people daily.
This is the second year in a row that London has come out on top as the cocaine capital, and it's coke levels have risen from 737mg since 2014.

Amsterdam, as you'd most probably expect, were not too far behind London with 642mg per 1,000 people.
Although this is obviously not something to shout about, it's quite nice to be first in something, isn't it?
