Remember the guy dubbed the 'Iranian Hulk'? Well, the 24-stone weightlifter is apparently on his way to fight ISIS.

Sajad Gharibi, 24, has volunteered to join the Iranian military forces fighting alongside Bashar al-Assad's troops.

According to the BBC, his Instagram page says he is a devout Muslim who wants to defend Shia sites against the terrorists.

"Calming the heart and the life I have faith in God and his infallible Imams," it reads.

He has more than 60,000 followers on Instagram and almost 5,000 on Facebook, where he posts intimidating pictures of himself being, well, fucking scary.

The guy is an absolute beast...

He can lift 386lbs, which is more than he weighs, and he has represented his country in bodybuilding competitions.

Wouldn't fancy bumping into him down a dark alley. Go kick ass, son!
