Donald Trump Has Posted His First Tweet As President Of The USA

You all know what's happened; Donald Trump has been elected to run a country even though he's unable to dictate what happens with his hair.

In days gone by it wouldn't have been the norm for a president to talk about stuff on Twitter, but it's 2016 and any sense of 'the norm' was thrown out of the window a long, long time ago.

The 70-year-old businessman-turned-politician posted his first social media outing as president earlier today, paying tribute to a 'beautiful evening' and 'the forgotten'.

In my mind, maybe this was what he wanted to say...

Trump overcame a lot of scandals thrown his way, shocking the world and beating Hillary Clinton to win the vote.

Outgoing president Barrack Obama has since congratulated his successor, and has invited him to the White House tomorrow.

It'll be interesting to see what happens. I'm envisaging Obama swiveling around on a chair, stroking a cat, saying: "So, Mr Trump, you think you can be president?" - followed by a good old fashioned duel.
