Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling has tweeted her thoughts on Britain leaving the EU.

The 50-year-old, who lives in Edinburgh, has waved goodbye to the UK, saying that the legacy that David Cameron will leave behind is two more unions breaking up.

Rowling has predicted that Scotland will have another independence referendum.

The woman responsible for bestowing the magical world of Harry Potter upon us said she has never wanted to immerse herself in that world more than now.

The result of the EU referendum was announced early this morning, with 51.9 percent of people voting in favour of leave.
