Nate Diaz Responds To Conor McGregor's 'No Competition' Taunt

The Stockton native has unfinished business with The Notorious.

Conor McGregor may believe he is fresh out of competition in the UFC lightweight and featherweight divisions, but one man begs to differ.

That man, as you can tell from the title of this article, is Nate Diaz, who tapped McGregor out at UFC 196 before narrowly losing a rematch at UFC 202.

Diaz has taken exception to McGregor's recent social media post which, in typical fashion, was designed to draw the ire of every fighter in the 145 and 155 weight classes currently gunning for his two UFC championships.

With 'The Notorious' taking time off from the Octagon until next summer as he prepares to become a father for the first time in May, he couldn't help but stoke the fire, with the likes of undefeated Dagestani fighter Khabib Nurmagomedov publicly declaring that he'll 'kill' the Irishman if Dana White books a lightweight title bout between the pair.

Diaz, who put McGregor down only eight months ago, begged to differ:

Despite Khabib's clamouring for a lightweight title bout, the big money would be in a rubber match between Diaz and McGregor, next summer, with the pair currently tied at one all in their rivalry. We'd also get an abundance of top notch meme work in the meantime, as well, so everyone's a winner.
