Is it just me, or is UFC 200 starting to feel more like Wrestlemania?
Let's recap. Conor McGregor gets dropped from UFC 200 because he refused to attend a mandatory press conference in Las Vegas, then as a direct result of that he tweeted that he was retiring. But he actually wasn't. His fight against Nate Diaz was scrapped, only to be replaced by light heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier and interim titleholder Jon Jones.
Got it?

Well, forget it. Because now the fight that was put in as a replacement for McGregor has also been scrapped due to Jon Jones failing a drug test. He was flagged for a random drug test sampled on June 16th by UFC's drug testing partners, USADA.
For fuck's sake, can these people not just keep it simple?
McGregor's trainer was quick to tweet his feelings...
To be fair, he's got a point. McGregor's strop regarding a press conference really does pale into insignificance in comparison to Jon Jones' little mishap.

So what's going to happen now? Well, UFC 200's main event has now been scrapped, but fighters have been throwing their own names into the ring to replace them.
We don't know much as of yet, but it looks like the returning Brock Lesnar will headline the card opposite Mark Hunt in a scheduled three-round fight.
You've really got to feel sorry for Cormier, though. He was visibly distraught during the emergency press conference. The biggest fight of his life has been called off because his opponent was a bit of a dick.
Jones is expected to face the media at 4:30pm GMT to address the situation.

Wonder what he's got to say for himself?
