In the lead up to UFC 200, Jon Jones was told that he'd be pulled from his fight against Daniel Cormier due to a failed drugs test. Shortly after the event, Brock Lesnar was also told that he'd failed a drug test, which could result in severe punishment.

Now UFC has seemingly reached a decision to do with the punishment of both fighters.

The company itself won't be fining either of the competitors, but is instead leaving it up to the Nevada Athletic Commission to impose whatever penalty they see fit, according to the senior vice president of public relations Dave Sholler.

The NAC has the power to suspend and fine them both, which means Lesnar could be waving goodbye to a large percentage of the $2.5million dollars he made from his comeback.

It also means that should Lesnar return to WWE with the intentions to never fight in the octagon again, attempting to avoid the fine, NAC can seek legal means against him.

It's only a matter of time before an official decision is made by the NAC surrounding the fate of Jones and Lesnar.
