David Haye's Injury That Seemingly Changed The Fight

Tony Bellew caused an upset when defeating David Haye earlier tonight, after knocking his opponent through the ropes, causing his team to throw in the towel.
Earlier in the fight Bellew had Haye backing up against the ropes after a flurry of punches had him reeling, but there was a point that seemed to change the entire contest.
Haye took a pretty awkward step on his right foot in the sixth round, injuring his ankle, leaving him one legged for the remainder of the bout. The up close footage of the injury looks pretty grim.
Immediately after his ankle buckles, Haye jumps back and looks down to see if there's any real damage done. It looks as if his Achilles has gone.
It didn't seem to faze him, getting straight back to Bellew who subsequently fell to the floor.
Haye's corner spoke about whether he could carry on, which he did, but it clearly effected him, eventually being floored by Bellew in the 11th round.
The injury changed the course of the fight. Respect to #Bellew but #Haye was in front in the 6th and would have won
