Leaked Tech Spec Sheet Could Confirm Unwanted iPhone 7 Rumour

We'll find out for sure on Sept 7th.

The last few weeks have seen all the rumours about the new iPhone intensify with some of the features being introduced hailed and some panned.

That's just the nature of the game. It's impossible to please everyone.

However, on Wednesday, and as reported by Mashable, a Dutch website posted a technical specification sheet for the iPhone 7 plus which has left a fair few people bemused.

Of course, there is every chance the document is a fake and that techtastic.nl have either been had or are having us on.

Either way, the supposed leaked tech sheet claims the new iPhone will include 'EarPods with Lightning connector' which means Apple are indeed dropping the classic headphone jack.

That means users will now have to plug their headphones into the iPhone's Lightning port.

Other details on the document include mentions of a Lightning to headphone jack adapter and a Lightning to USB cable.

According to this document, the device's capacity will be a huge 256GB - double that of the largest capacity handset Apple currently have on the market.

This indicates Apple will increase devices' minimum capacities to 32GB.

Don't take this as gospel however, this information is coming from a dodgy screenshot from a Dutch language website and could quite easily be as false as some of the other new iPhone spec leaks we've seen in recent weeks.

We'll see on September 7, I guess.
