Don't you just love it when someone makes up a ridiculously obvious fake thing on Facebook and gets everyone to share it? Sadly, it always seems to be your auntie who's fooled by it. You know the one, she shares Minion memes with a saying written in Comic Sans font next to it. Come on, Sandra. Pull it together.

Anyway, the most recent one of these infamous fads regards a mysterious hacker by the name of Jayden K Smith.

The message reads: "Please tell all the contacts in your Messenger list, not to accept Jayden K. Smith friendship request. He is a hacker and has the system connected to your Facebook account. If one of your contacts accepts it, you will also be hacked, so make sure that all your friends know it. Thanks. Forwarded as received."

This might be the most obvious thing ever written, but people can't hack you by becoming your friend on Facebook. So calm the fuck down.

Luckily for us, this has sparked a whole load of banter. Let's delve in, shall we?

The most obvious thing is to change your name to Jayden K Smith on Facebook and send a load of friend requests, right?

But then, of course, there are the Tweets.

God bless you, Twitter. What would we do without you?

So, yeah, let you family and friends know that EVERYTHING IS FINE.
