Is there any worse feeling in the world than that moment when you open your eyes the morning after a big night on the tiles and you're hit with a wave of panic and anxiety?
How did I get home? Where is my phone? How many cringy Snapchats did I upload to my story last night? And, more importantly, WHO DID I DRUNK TEXT?

Lucy D'Agostino woke up feeling exactly like that a few nights ago, but when she checked her phone she didn't find any embarrassing messages to her ex. Turns out she'd had a really nice conversation with a member of Boohoo customer service instead.
Basically, she'd been trying to get in touch with the online clothes store to track down a missing parcel but she hadn't heard anything back. However, while she was out on the town, she received a message at 2am from some really helpful guy called Abul.
She then replied: "Why do you guys work so late?! X," (capital 'X', eh, get in there, Abul) and the pair had a lovely little conversation which ended with him helping her decide one of the biggest questions in life: kebab or no kebab?
