Some people feel VERY passionately about it.

The quintessentially British show GBBO was embroiled in drama last year when it was transferred from the BBC to Channel 4.

The news caused the adorable Mary Berry, Mel and Sue to quit - but silver fox Paul Hollywood to stayed on.

Since then, much has been speculated about how the show will go now that it only has a quarter of it's brilliant regulars.

But the show has released a new promotional picture to show off the new cast which will have Paul joined by QI's Sandi Toksvig, comedian Noel Fielding, and food writer Prue Leith.

They're holding cupcakes in front of a spread of various cakes and desserts.

Those who felt Paul had betrayed the show, or who just don't like the fact that GBBO has moved to Channel 4 were savage on social media.

But other people picked up on something that others might not have notice.

If you look carefully at the image you'll see in the bottom right hand corner a collection of scones. Seems pretty innocuous to people who don't really know much about Britain or scone culture.

If you're unaware, there has been an ongoing debate about which order the jam and cream go on the scone.

It appears GBBO has gone with the Cornish method which has the jam first then the cream, compared to the Devon way.

Now if you're scratching your head thinking, 'um is that a big deal', rest assured it's a BIG deal for some people.

These people wasted no time venting their anger online.

Earlier this week, an image of GBBO host Noel Fielding caused controversy because it appeared to show him 'black up' for a photo shoot.

In the picture, the comedian appears to be dressed as legendary tennis star Bjorn Borg.

'Black Borg' is on sale for £800 through dealer Hooligan Art and sources close to Fielding told the Sun it's not racist because Noel, 43, had appeared painted in several colours for his TV sketch show - including green.
