Prosecco drinkers are on the rise. Whether it's being mixed with pink gin, or being used to play an epic game of Prosecco Pong, people seem to be obsessed with it.
In fact, the UK drank a third of all the Prosecco produced last year. What an achievement.

August bank holiday is just around the corner, and Lidl have answered all your three-day break dreams. The budget supermarket is now selling a case of six Prosecco bottles for just TWENTY QUID.
Shoppers will be able to buy half a dozen of Allini Prosecco for £20, which works out at £3.33 a bottle. A glass costs more than that in spoons FFS! This is amazing.

The bubbly bottles are normally priced at £5.79, meaning you're making a massive saving. £14.47 to be exact, as they'd cost you £34.74. Still a bargain though.
This deal will make sure you won't run dry over the bank holiday weekend. You can sit back and enjoy endless glasses of the stuff. Although, you probably shouldn't drink six bottles in a couple of days. Just a thought, ay.

The offer was spotted by Prosecco Watch, a Facebook page which I'll be joining ASAP. It's an appreciation site for lovers of fizz to give them 'fair warning' of imminent deals.
A sparkling wine from Lidl recently won an international award, and even better it's only £7.99.
