There's a lot of professions that I have respect for.
Our servicemen, for one, are very noble and I have the utmost respect for them. Paramedics are also up there.
However, you'll have to go a long way to find anything more respectable than the folk that serve up pasties in Greggs.

Greggs isn't just a place to get lunch, it's a national institution.
Stevie Grant is one of those people serving up rolls and pasties, specifically to the people of Denton.
However, he also leads another life - Stevie Grant: The Storm Chaser.

Throughout the working year, the 27-year-old saves up to go to America in the summer, capturing videos and pictures of fierce storms and tornadoes.
Speaking to MEN about his hobby, Stevie said: "I've always been interested in that kind of extreme weather, but I've never had the opportunity to do it and I just wanted to experience the buzz that I've seen other storm chasers experience.
"It's certainly a test of how strong you are and what you can actually cope with.

"There was one occasion when, if we'd have made a few wrong moves, we'd have definitely been in trouble."
If anything, I can already see this as a full length feature film. The theatrical trailer would be mega:
"By day, Stevie is a mellow man, serving steak bakes and sprinkle donuts to the good people of Greater Manchester. But, he moonlights as the one, the only... Storm Chaser, Stevie Lightning Grant."
Stevie added: "Depending on the actual storm itself, we try and get as close as we can at as safe a distance as possible, and stick with the storm right till the end.

"The atmosphere is really charged. You can feel something about the atmosphere like, 'something's going to happen today.' The noise is the most surprising aspect, it sounds like a really loud waterfall."
If anything, sharing a sausage roll and chasing storms with Stevie has just become my number one ambition in life.
