When vaping was introduced to the world, would-be users rejoiced at the leap in technology.
Finally, they thought, we don't have to live our lives abiding by the strict laws which smoking had suffered since the 2007 indoor ban.
As it happens, vapers around the world are to be governed just as much as their counterparts.

First of all, the number of products available are going to stoop drastically, so you can say goodbye to any big refills you had in mind from May 20 onward.
That's the date the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016 comes into force.
The maximum size of refill containers will soon be 10ml.
Cartridges and tanks can no longer exceed 2ml. As for the more muscly e-liquids coming in at 24ml will be completely dropped from shops and specialist stores.

Additives such as caffeine and taurine are also banned.
All e-liquids are from now on to be registered with the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency before being sold.
Veteran vapers are saying they will now stock up on the stronger and bigger products in the days leading up to May 20.
More serious vapers are saying the industry might even go underground to appease the needs of hardcore e-smokers.

Some aren't scared of the law-implementation, with one person commenting online: "What difference does the size of a bottle make? I will just buy ejuice online from countries that don't have these stupid laws."
Are we about to introduce vaping to the dark web?

As has been reported before, smoking laws have also undergone a major shakeup with 10 packs being archived into history.
Nine gram and 12.5g tobacco packs have also felt the brunt of the new laws, leaving rollie-smokers forking out between £9-12 for a 30g pack of their favourite baccy.
By May 21, the cheapest pack of fags will be a whopping £8.82.
Even menthol's aren't safe. Currently in the process of being phased out, they expected to be completely gone by 2020.

All cigarette branding has been totally ditched, with packets now sporting a dark green colour and little to no decorative value or fonts.
Will this affect you? Do you agree with it or do you think you should be able to vape in peace?
