A three-year-old kid from Christchurch, New Zealand just won NZ$1 million (£560,700) in the investment lottery scheme set up for him when he was born.

According to reports, a relative gave the unnamed boy NZ$250 (£140) worth of bonds as a gift.

He's now New Zealand's youngest Bonus Bonds millionaire AKA The Baby Baller.

His mam and dad told the New Zealand Herald they were "pumping the air" when they found out. Oh yeah, I bet they were.

"My husband was literally pumping the air when he was on the phone," said the lad's mum.

"As soon as he got off and told me, we were running around, so thrilled. It was definitely a jump-up-and-down moment.

"We always thought our boy was really special. He was born on Christmas Day, which is quite unique. And now he's the youngest Bonus Bonds winner to date."

Wait a minute. Jesus, is that you? So this is the real reason he sacrificed himself on the cross. He was promised he could come back to Earth in 2016 and live as a Bonus Bonds millionaire. Suddenly it all makes sense.

Jammy little bugger, he's made for life! Lend us a fiver there will you, son?
