Other customers stepped in to help.

A Ryanair passenger has been slammed for 'bullying' a member of staff after a recording of their conversation went viral.

It's all regarding a disagreement about whether or not the unnamed passenger should have to pay 50 euros for a flight he was already checked in on. It turns out it was because he failed to print out his boarding pass.

Now, if you've ever worked in customer service, you'll know that it can sometimes be very difficult. You want to help everyone, but sometimes people just need someone to scream at.

It's mentally draining, and can be very upsetting. Especially when you're the face of the business while simultaneously having absolutely nothing to do with the procedures or the way things are run. You're just the messenger.

This poor woman gets the brunt of it from this very pissed off bloke, and sadly it all gets too much and she's reduced to tears.

As you can see from the video, he says: "May I have your supervisor's name please?

"Call security. I'm a customer, lady. I'm asking your supervisor's name so I can speak with your supervisor because I'm unhappy with the way you're performing your job.

"Ryanair check-in lady... Being a complete, total... what are you being? What are you being right now?

"You tell me I have to pay 50 euros for a flight I'm already checked in on.

"I told you I didn't come through the departure hall because I came on a connecting flight so I have to come directly here."

She lets out a laugh, and he continues: "Is there something funny here? What's the joke? Is it your attitude? That's the only thing that's funny here, and it stinks.

"You have a bad attitude. You have no business working here and dealing with customers."

Then, another passenger at Brussels Airport steps in and asks the man to leave her alone. He says: "Sir, stop harassing her now."

The unnamed passenger continues filming and launches into a personal attack on the man who is trying to defuse the situation. He replies: "Mind your own business baldy. Go sit down old man.

"Tell her to let me on the flight. She's supposed to print my boarding pass, she works here.

"And lose some weight, get on the treadmill. You out of shape, donut-eating bald piece of crap.

"You're nothing man, you're nothing."

Wow.

The woman then bursts into tears, and the passenger seems to mock her by saying: "Oh, are you having an emotional breakdown?".

A spokesman for Ryanair told The Sun: "Our handling agent at Brussels Airport, Aviapartner, is looking into this matter.

"We will not tolerate unruly or disruptive behaviour at any time."
