The latest viral craze doing the rounds is the 'Iron Liver Challenge'. It is not smart. In fact, it might be the most idiotic yet.
YouTuber and vlogger Andi Doherty, better known as Skat Dagger, filmed himself downing a potentially deadly litre of vodka in under 60 seconds.
The 29-year-old father has now asked people to suggest more spirits he can neck.
The body piecer from Folkestone, Kent, claimed he'd downed a 70cl bottle of vodka previously and was sure one litre wouldn't be a massive issue.

"All of my friends call me the land pirate because of my tattoos and my love of rum."
He says his next challenge will be to down a litre of mouthwash, even though he'd been asked to do olive oil.
Andi also says he doesn't see himself as a role model and absolutely does not want anyone copying what he does.

It can't be stressed enough that doing this sort of shit can kill you. Not convinced? Here's what former Home Office scientist and alcohol expert Dr John Mundy has to say about it:
"Because the litre is being drunk so quickly the alcohol levels will rise continuously for around two hours. It is a very dangerous thing to do because you have no control over your alcohol levels.
"If he reaches between 400-450 milligrams of alcohol in his body then he could die. What he's doing is lethal, he could vomit and die on his vomit if he passed out.
"The bottom line is, you shouldn't do it."

Would you do what the doctor told you not to do? Exactly.
