He's not sorry. At all.

To be honest, politics can get very boring.

Because it can wear away on your brain, causing you to find any plausible thing to distract you away from the newest form of bullshit your country's politicians are beginning to spurt, you'd probably be forgiven for having a sneak on your phone.

I don't think that counts, however, if you're caught looking at porn in parliament.

Ukrainian MP Vyacheslav Konstantinovsky was caught doing just that recently during a session of parliamentary debate.

The controversial MP, who represents the Popular Front, was filmed scrolling through his phone, checking out some videos and pics.

The politician wrote a statement, saying: "I admit that the location for watching this type of content was inappropriate," but he seemed pretty unapologetic about the whole thing.

According to Lenta.ru, he said: "At least I wasn't playing Pokémon Go" and said that he had gotten tired of the "circus that was going on in the hall." The obvious incorrect solution is to watch porn, to be honest.

However, while Vyacheslav was already in deep, he decided to throw a bit more dirt on his already half-full-self-built grave, saying he did it because not enough men take a real interest in women, so he felt sorry for them.

Finally, "sex is an essential part of every man's life" was his reason for not apologising for the incident. Yep, it is an essential part of a man's life, but you don't see everyone doing it in public, or in a fucking parliamentary meeting, do you?
