Mother Of Woman Who Killed Herself Over Sex Tape Had To Be Carried Into Funeral

The heartbroken mum of the Italian woman who killed herself after her sex tape went viral had to be carried into the funeral.

31-year-old Tiziana Cantone took her own life after a video of her performing a sex act on a man went viral. At her funeral her mother, Teresa Giglio, was seen in floods of tears having to be carried into the ceremony by a man.

Since her death, friends and family have spoken about the deep depression Tiziana was in, the Daily Mail reports. Her mother also said that she had previously attempted suicide twice before due to the viral tape.

Tiziana had moved, changed her name and even went to court to get the video taken off the Internet. But, sadly, no matter what she tried, the video would crop up again and she would have to deal with more abuse.

Prosecutors have opened an investigation into her death and there is a possibility of criminal charges being brought.
