Nobody Will Ever Have A Better Halloween Costume Than This Lad

It's tough to say something interesting about Halloween when everything is exactly the same every year. Some people got a bit risky with their costumes, some outfits were a bit naff, and others were decent. You know the script.

A lot of the time, though, it is good to have a look at the folk who have gone above and beyond with their fancy dress efforts.

Take Jesse Wellens, who, by the looks of it, put much time and preparation into his Silver Surfer clobber, and effectively won Halloween. No contest.

Jesse is part of the PrankvsPrank YouTube channel and, with the help of makeup artist Alexys Fleming, he got the shiny look spot on, before travelling through New York on a motorised surfboard.

Already having a huge audience, with 10,122,076 subscribers, the video of the real-life Marvel superhero has managed to reach more than two million views.

You've got to do something pretty special to stick out like a sore thumb in NYC, but Jesse certainly made a splash, turning heads as he surfed through the Big Apple.

Has there been any better get-ups this year? It's a tough one to beat.
