Guess who's the highest-paid YouTuber in the world? Yep, it's PewDiePie! For the second year running!
According to Forbes, the vlogger, whose real name is Felix Kjellberg, has brought home a whopping $15 million (£11.8 million) over the past year. For scale, that's around £1 million x 11. Let that sink in.
Kjellberg's account, which started out as a simple "hey, watch me play video games while I talk" vlog, has amassed just south of 50 million subscribers and, for whatever fucking reason, amuses lots of internet people.

While it's perfectly obvious that Kjellberg is terribly run-of-the-mill and grossly lionised - not to mention undeserving of the money which should be going in Hannah Witton's pockets IMO - I can only applaud the lad for bringing home THAT much bacon.
Who knows where Forbes will rank him next year. According to a recent video, Kjellberg's gonna delete his account when he meets 50 mil subscribers. That is a milestone he's probably going to reach sometime this week.
Here's hoping my own vlog takes off in 2017.
