A Playboy model has started a fundraising campaign for herself to make sure the cash keeps rolling in.

Jen Wilke, 32, has featured in FHM, Maxim and Playboy, but is unable to filter all of her attention on her modelling career due to lack of funds.

This led Jen to set up her GoFundMe page, which allows fans to donate money, so she can afford expenses like clothing, travel, and lodging.

Fans' donations are enabling her to attend high-profile VIP events such as the Maxim Hot 100 Party, which she was invited to but couldn't afford the expenses. She hopes that the donations can help her stumble across new opportunities, as well as eventually using her 'profile and position for the good of society'.

So far she's raised $1,000 (£759).

"I ended up making some business connections which is always much welcomed, along with new friendships," the 32-year-old said. "A company that I love invited me to another event and I'm looking forward to growing the relationships that I have made thus far."

In a video she posted to her Facebook page, she said that she's received a lot of hate for the GoFundMe page, but really doesn't care.

Those who support Jen's campaign can get a selfie emailed to them for $5, as well as signed merchandise for the high donors. For those who have their thinking caps strapped on, you can go to her Instagram and screenshot a selfie for free.
