'Fuck it.'

The woman who swore while quitting her job live on air could now be facing a massive prison sentence.

Charlo Greene went viral two years ago when she said 'fuck it' following a KTVA segment concerning weed legalisation in Alaska.

What didn't go viral was the ensuing legal battle that could conclude in Greene being sentenced to 54 years in prison.

The charges concern Greene's involvement with the Alaska Cannabis Club - a club she created six months prior to the state's legalisation of recreational marijuana use.

Following several raids at ACC, Greene has been charged with 14 offenses of "misconduct of a controlled substance."

Her sister Jennifer said of the raids: "The fact that they were watching us for so long, I kind of felt violated.

"I was really just heartbroken. I never assumed it would go this far."

Green told the Guardian the upcoming trial is a "modern day lynching."

"It's almost dizzying when you try to make sense of it. It could literally cost me the rest of my adult life." she said.
