The 'Kurdish Angelina Jolie' Has Reportedly Been Killed Fighting ISIS

Asia Ramazan Antar, the woman dubbed the 'Kurdish Angelina Jolie', has died fighting ISIS, according to the Daily Mail.
The 22-year-old was a member of the Women's Protection Units (YPU), which is a group that has been battling the terror group near Syria's border with Turkey.

Antar, who has had her looks compared to the Tomb Raider star Jolie, was reportedly killed in Northern Syria where she was fighting ISIS.
A post from the 'We Want Freedom for Kurdistan' Facebook page claims she was 'martyred in a battle against Daesh'.
The death is yet to be officially verified, but the Kurdish fighter, is well known for her involvement in various battles against ISIS, since joining YPJ in 2014.
