Why do gym fails happen? Mostly because some people just don't know when to quit.
That can be a good thing, if the objector is stacked and fully capable. If they're just fronting for the guys, then things can go wrong. A lot.
Remember: the gym takes no prisoners and privileges no-one - except maybe Eddie Hall and The Rock.
It goes without saying that prolonged results are, quite literally, a pain. While some may be tempted to throw in the towel after two weeks of no change, others will see this as a slap in the face. They'll want to prove both themselves, and the leg press, wrong.
Courageous? Yes. Naive? Yes. Fit for its own list on LADbible? Absolutely.
Here are a few examples of WHEN WEIGHTS TURN BAD.
You might see that last one and be thinking 'shit, is he actually alright? What happened?' because it's generally fucking horrific-looking.
Apparently the man had broken his spine in two. His identity is not known but his well-being is reportedly OK now considering his body may have split in two.
Anyway, we're not here to dampen the gym vibes or spoil the fun of getting a bit above yourselves. Just go easy with it.
That is, of course, unless you have a video of you shattering your legs to shit that I can stick in here. Then by all means ego lift like there's no tomorrow.
