Why do gym fails happen? Mostly because some people just don't know when to quit.
That can be a good thing, if the objector is stacked and fully capable. If they're just fronting for the guys, then things can go wrong. A lot.
Remember: the gym takes no prisoners and privileges no-one - except maybe Eddie Hall and The Rock.
It goes without saying that prolonged results are, quite literally, a pain. While some may be tempted to throw in the towel after two weeks of no change, others will see this as a slap in the face. They'll want to prove both themselves, and the leg press, wrong.
