Twitter Has Lost Its Shit Over Which Fizzy Drink Is Best

Twitter Has Lost Its Shit Over Which Fizzy Drink Is Best

And rightly so.

There's not one thing in life that will get 100% agreement from the world.

Even the Coke/Pepsi debate will never reach upwards of a 90% majority. That's odd, because if you prefer Pepsi, you're backwards.

There's also the great debate of Fanta vs Tango, which, again, if you prefer Tango, give your head a wobble.

With all this being said, the Food Network decided to bravely rank the UK's top 20 fizzy drinks, putting them into categories of The Almighty, 1st Class, 2nd Class, Meh, and No Thanks.

Before we go any further, I warn you, the picture is not for the faint-hearted.

NOW HANG ON ONE FUCKING MINUTE.

You're going to sit there and tell me that Coke not only doesn't make it to The Almighty, but that Dr Pepper is miles above it!? Really? Fuck me.

The fact that Cherry Coke doesn't feature either is a travesty. But Tango Orange and Tango Apple above Orange Fanta? Is someone taking the right royal piss, here?

The Almighty tier should feature Coke, Fanta, Rubicon (lychee) and Cherry Coke.

Below it I'm fine with Tango featuring, alongside the underrated Sanpellergrino, Lucozade Orange and Dr Pepper. Second Class should be built on the foundations of Sprite, with support from Fizzy Vimto, Pepsi and Lilt.

The rest can dwindle in the lower regions of Meh and No Thanks.

It's not only me who feels violated by this unruly ranking of fizz, but the Twitter world is also astounded at the results.

What are we saying, lads? Let us know your thoughts.
