Tattoo Vending Machine Offers Customers 'Get What You Get' Tats

This is pretty cool

We've all seen what happens when people ink before they think. Shows like Tattoo Fixers and the almost weekly horror stories you see on this very website - they all show you the dangers of what happens when people seem to forget that tattoos are very permanent.

Having said that, Elm Street Tattoo in Dallas, Texas, has a tattoo vending machine, which offers customers the rather terrifying opportunity to 'Get What You Get', and I think it's pretty fucking awesome.

Undecided customers can rock up to the studio, pay $100 (£77) and twist the little wheel until a design pops out inside one of those Poké Ball-looking things. Whatever the design inside, that's what the customer gets.

The range of tattoos is cool, featuring traditional 'Sailor Jerry'-type snakes and devil heads, so you're not going to end up with a tattoo like your mate got while pissed in Maga.

The designs usually cost between $150 (£116) and $250 (£194), so the vending machine is also a bargain.

If Texas is a little far for you, then Wolf and Arrow Tattoos in Bury St Edmunds has a similar machine, offering designs costing either £50 or £100.

See you there.
