See this man? That's 50-year-old Tracy Briley.
He was arrested recently for performing a sexual act on a homeless woman while she lay on a Florida Boardwalk last week. The police's official charge was "performing cunnilingus on a female subject laying on the beach boardwalk."

The Smoking Gun reports that Tracy, male member "out in plain view", was clocked by a passing grandfather and his three-year-old grandson.
When the police approached Tracy, he excused himself as an "emergency responder and had to assist the female as it was his duty."
But his crowning defence came with: "I had nowhere else to have sex except in public." That old chestnut!

Tracy is being held in county jail on $10,000 bail for a lewd and lascivious exhibition charge. He was also landed a misdemeanour trespassing count.
