She's known to keep her love life on the down-low, but with her latest show Hawkeye hitting Disney+, fans are desperate to discover more about the Academy Award nominee Hailee Steinfeld - including who she's dating.
The 24-year-old entered the MCU on 24 November 2021 as Kate Bishop alongside Jeremy Renner, who's reprising his role as Clint Barton - aka Hawkeye - for the new Marvel series.
As previously set out in the Avengers movies, Hawkeye is an expert marksman and fighter who works for S.H.I.E.L.D as a special agent. The new TV series is set in post-blip New York City and forms part of phase four of the MCU.
Steinfeld's newest character Kate Bishop is already a much-loved fan favourite, and we're sure that her new role will continue to make the star a household name.
Her newest venture comes as she's finishing the third and final season of Apple TV's series Dickinson, where she plays the infamous poet Emily. She's also confirmed to be working on new music for release in 2022.
Who is Hailee Steinfeld's boyfriend?
At the time of writing, Steinfeld has not been confirmed to be dating anyone at the moment.
The singer-come-actress prefers to romance in private and hasn't posted any photos of her significant others on Instagram in recent times. However, in the past she was linked to other celebrities, so if she was dating someone famous, it would likely come to light.
But Steinfeld is not unhappily single. In a recent interview with Cosmopolitan, she revealed: "I am very focused on myself and couldn't be happier about it.
"I really don't ever have moments of, 'Oh God, I feel so single', but it is funny how in the past year or so, a lot of people have gotten engaged or married. I'm like 'Everybody's gotta slow down for me, okay?'"
What's Hailee Steinfeld's dating history?
The actress' most famous relationship was with One Direction's Niall Horan, back in 2018. According to PopSugar, the couple dated for a short period of a few months, though they kept the ins and outs quite private.
Before that, Steinfeld was connected to internet sensation Cameron Smoller in 2016, and they made their red carpet debut at a Golden Gloves event in January 2017.
That same year, the performer was rumoured to be dating Justin Bieber after he had broken up with Hailey Baldwin in 2016, and their fanbases went crazy for the rumoured 'ship.
Is Hailee Steinfeld looking to start dating again?
While the actress seems to have a lot on her plate at the moment in terms of her career, she does have an idea of what boxes her future romantic partners need to tick.
She told Cosmopolitan: "I want a partner who is, first and foremost, loyal and honest but confident in themselves and able to their thing while I do mine."
There you have it, Hailee Steinfeld is putting her career first.
