The Range Is Selling A Pit Fire Grill £180 Cheaper Than Aldi

The Range has brought out a 3-in-1 fire pit and grill for £45.99 - just in time for a sunny bank holiday weekend (at last!).

Aldi is usually the store to rival with on prices, but this time The Range has got the edge. Their grill is £180 cheaper than Aldi's 2-in-1 fire pit and grill, which will set you back £229.99.

So let's have a closer look at the items.

For £45.99, you get a BBQ, grill and firepit rolled into one from The Range. It's been described by the store as "an ideal outdoor wood or charcoal fire-pit for backyard or garden in square architectural design with additional BBQ grill removable spark guard and metal poker fire iron."

The 3-in-1 Outdoor Square BBQ from The Range is much smaller and tidier than the Aldi one if you're limited with room, or just simply want something that will cook your burgers and keep you toasty on a cool summer's night.

For £229.99, Aldi is offering a 2-in-1 grill and firepit from it's popular Gardenline range. Okay, this is more expensive than the The Range one, but it's got a convenient wooden worktop around it to put your food on, or even rest your drinks on as you gather round the toasty fire underneath with your drinking buddies. Plus - it comes with a wok.

Describing the Gardenline 2-in-1 Grill and Fire Pit, Aldi said: "This stunning piece is a garden must have, designed to create some tasty treats with a grill plate, raised grill grate, stainless steel wok and features 3 wooden shelves. After a delicious meal have your friends and family gather round during the chilled summer nights and turn this grill into a amazing firepit. This grill and firepit is black powder coated and durable. It is the perfect addition for summer evening barbecues and gatherings."

Aldi's fire pit grill comes as a special buy and will be available to buy online only from 27th May. The Range's equivalent is available to buy now online and in-store.

Aldi has been the champion of affordable garden furniture and BBQ equipment recently. It's legendary hanging egg chair has repeatedly sold out and the bargain store have even launched one for your cat.

Aldi has also been coming after the fakeaway food scene of late - with several products designed to rival McDonald's favourites.

Let's just hope they can keep Cuthbert the Caterpillar out of trouble.
