Virginia Giuffre has filed a civil case in New York against Prince Andrew, who she claims sexually abused her when she was 17.
Giuffre is the accuser of the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein and she alleges that Prince Andrew, 61, sexually assulted her in London and New York.
According to the BBC, the case claims that the Duke of York engaged in sexual acts without Giuffe's consent, knowing how old she was and "that she was a sex-trafficking victim."
