When Is You Season 3 Out On Netflix?

Netflix has confirmed that the eagerly anticipated third season of its guilty pleasure hit You is set to land on the streaming service later this year.

The psychological thriller - which is one of the most-watched shows on the platform - will follow the creepy return of serial killer Joe Goldberg and his strange obsessions with the women he meets.

Millions of viewers were left stunned after the second series ended in the manner it did, but now - especially after waiting on that cliffhanger for two whole years - questions look like they will soon be answered.

When is season 3 of You coming out on Netflix?

After waiting on a cliffhanger for almost two years, Netflix has dropped its latest trailer revealing that the third season of You will be back on Friday, October 15.

In the clip, Joe can be seen making a cake as he says: "People these days will name their kids anything to get attention.

"Despite your mother's background and your Glamma's determination to refer to you as forty reincarnated, I know better.

"A boy is not what we expected and I would be lying if I said the thought of a mini-me was purely exciting and not without... challenges.

"Let's just say I'm hoping you'll do as I say and not as I do. But for you, I change, I'll be a man you look up to.

"A man you'll be proud to call dad."

Author Carlone Kepnes is already working on book four in her You series, it should mean the producers have enough source material to chew on for a while yet.

With that said, executive producer Sera Gamble has teased the prospect of "several" more seasons, which leads us to believe that the upcoming third instalment won't be the last.
