The clip was filmed in Finland in 2016 but has recently gone viral again and it's easy to see why.

Daniel Ludin was in the forests near of Kusamo, Finland, when he managed to film the shocking encounter between the two bears who start to attack one another.

One of the bears walks into shot and quickly ends up face-to-face with the other - steam can be seen coming from both animals.

It quickly descends into a fight, though, when the bears begin trading blows to each other's bodies before one sinks its teeth into its opponent's shoulders.

After it was filmed, Ludin said: "I was stunned by the show of strength and the force they both exerted.

"That was the first time I'd ever seen anything this impressive.

"I was only about 30 metres away from the action, so you could feel the power.

"They carried on for two minutes in total and impressively there didn't seem to be any injuries incurred."

Afterwards, Ludin said the bears went their separate ways and appeared to be pretty calm.

The area it was filmed is popular with tourists hoping to catch a glimpse of bears, but it's fair to say no one would want to be caught up between this.

While coming face-to-face with a bear might be enough to have most of us shitting our pants - that wasn't the case for one elderly US man recently.

When confronted by a bear outside of his property 78-year-old Sonny Pumphrey from North Carolina punched it square in the face.

While outside brushing some leaves, Sonny said he was altered to a noise behind him and turned to see one adult bear and two cubs. The two younger bears made off, but the adult ran at him, prompting Sonny to do what felt natural to him - punch it.

Speaking to ABC, Sonny said: "I had nowhere to run. I could not go right and I couldn't go left.

"I guess I just went with my natural instinct and just tried to protect myself.

"I had nothing in my hands, so I just started slugging at the bear as hard as I could."

Surprisingly, Sonny wasn't seriously hurt in the incident, but did admit to being 'sore'.

He added: "I got lucky. I am one lucky individual to be alive today."
