Would you be utterly disgusted or rather impressed if a lion sprayed you with piss, smack-bang in the face? Given the fact that depositing the scent is a mark of bonding or ownership, it should probably be the latter.
However, we'd definitely be as miffed off as 9News reporter Mike Dalton was when he was urinated on by a lion during an interview at an animal sanctuary.
Wearing a pristine chequered suit which was matched with a purple tie and pocket square, Mike was filming at Zambi Wildlife Retreat in Western Sydney, Australia, on Tuesday.

He was crouched down on the floor with his guide Donna Wilson as the lion turned its back end towards the pair and lifted its tail.
Donna quickly pointed out the obvious: "You're gonna get peed on..." and the inevitable happened just before Mike had time to move out of the way.
Donna, who bought the 15-year-old lion called Korvu from Lennon's Circus along with his two wives Keeara and Maisy, stood laughing as Mike joked to the camera: "That's called nature".

Apologising on behalf of the lion, presumably, Donna wrapped her arm around Mike's piss-stained shoulder and begun to give him a good sniff.
Probably making Mike feel a million times better, Donna went on to tell him how he smelt. In case you were wondering - lion spray/urine smells like 'stale popcorn'. Mmmmm, my favourite.
Sucked to be Mike Dalton on Tuesday.
