Because why not?

This is Mark Udovitch. He's 28 and he's a radiation therapist at Sydney's Liverpool Cancer Therapy Centre.

He's created a whole host of famous snaps, ranging from Jack Sparrow to Kim Kardashian, naturally.

Why? To raise money for charity as part of Dry July Shave Off.

Udovitch himself has a fairly impressive lock of hair so he's using this opportunity to dabble in DIY modelling before he shaves his head.

Mark says the reaction to the pictures have been positive from everybody who's seen them.

"I have gotten a very positive response from the wider cancer therapy community with many radiation therapists private messaging me saying how much respect they have for me and that they loved the photos," he told Daily Mail Australia.

He also explained what drove him to make this decision in the first place: "I had a patient who had breast cancer. She lost her hair after chemotherapy.

"It was harder for her than the mastectomy."

Udovitch is not alone in this effort to raise money, either. He's been joined by other professionals at the hospital who are going above and beyond the cause by shaving their heads, beards or at least chopping significant chucks of hair off.

Let's hope it raises loads of money.
