Britney Spears has said she was 'joking' about running 100m in 5.97 seconds - which would have meant she beat the world record.
She announced the news on her Instagram, saying she ran the 100 metre sprint an incredible 3.61 seconds faster than Usain Bolt.
But she's now backtracked on her claim - but warned she is after Usain's record. Posting a video of herself trying dresses on (which she has now deleted), she said: "Obviously I was joking about running the 100 meter dash in 5.97 seconds... the world record is held by Usain Bolt which is 9.58 seconds... but you better believe I'm coming for the world record!"

So watch out.
It did seem a bit of a stretch, but obviously we just weren't ready for her sense of humour.
The women's world record for the same distance was set way back in 1988 by an American called Florence Griffith-Joyner. She completed the stint in 10.49 seconds.

And we can't really be blamed for not getting Britney's joke, she did go quite in depth. Breaking down the numbers to her Instagram followers, she explained that she initially did the '100 meter dash' in nine seconds (impressive, for a first attempt, I'll be honest).
Then it seems that the numbers only got better, but you might be thinking what's her secret?! Well, straight from the horse's mouth, we can tell you that 'getting over your fear is key'. Simple as that, it seems.
Now, we didn't want to be pessimistic, but something was telling us she got her numbers a little muddled up. We're not the only ones either, her fans were also left puzzled.

Replying to her post, one said: "Is your distance correct? Lol Usain Bolt's world record time for 100m dash is 9.58 seconds."
Another added: "How far did you run I am confused Britney explain," while a third had all the faith in the world, commenting: "Fastest person to ever live."
Trying to explain the mistake she was making (if any), someone wrote: "I'm confused! 100 meter dash? You mean 50 meter dash? Or 40 yard dash? Something ain't adding up. Sorry for being lost."
Don't be sorry, mate. It was all just a joke.

And if this doesn't just prove that isolation is making us all crack up completely, well nothing will.
