The Manchester-born grime star - real name Aaron Davis - was seriously injured after crashing on a quad bike last night (Wednesday) in Bury, UK.

Greater Manchester Police (GMP) said the 29-year-old was taken to hospital and his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

A GMP spokesperson told LADbible: "Shortly before 9.20pm last night, Wednesday, March 25, 2020, police were called to Rochdale Road, Bury to reports of a collision involving an Audi car and a quadbike.

"Emergency services attended and the driver of the quadbike - a 29-year-old man - was seriously injured and taken to hospital for treatment. His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

"No arrests have been made and enquiries are ongoing."

On social media, fans have been wishing Bugzy a speedy recovery.

The crash comes just three months after he got engaged to his girlfriend of nine years in Paris.

Malone is known for his tracks 'Run' (feat. Rag'n'Bone Man), 'Kilos' (feat. Aitch) and 'M.E.N. II'.

The bio on his website reads: "Born and raised in Manchester, Bugzy Malone's youth was hindered by poverty, domestic violence, gang involvement, criminality and a stint in prison. Yet by managing to transcend his troubled past and difficult upbringing, Bugzy is the embodiment of achievement in the face of adversity.

"To date, he has released three Top 10 EPs, his tracks have been streamed 200 million times, and his YouTube channel has exceeded 100 million views."

Bugzy's management are yet to make a statement about the incident.
