Replying to his post, one fan wrote: "So sorry to hear this, she's so proud of you," while another said: "Stay strong milo, thoughts and prayers are with you today".

Dermot O'Leary responded saying: "Big love buddy. A life well lived," and band mate Ashley Fongho, added: "Real Warrior of a woman!! From Cuba to London!!!"

Myles became a fan favourite on the most recent series of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! and found himself the sixth star to be voted off.

According to the Metro, as soon as he landed back in the UK Myles went to the hospital to see his nan. He told the publication: "When I came out [of the jungle] I told Ant and Dec that my nan is ill and that before I went in, I wasn't going to do the show.

"I had WiFi on the plane yesterday and my dad messaged me saying, "'Your nan's not doing too well, you need to go and see her.' So when I landed yesterday at 11am, I went straight to the hospital and saw her."
