Jake Paul has boasted about making an outrageous sum of money from his fight with Tyron Woodley.

The YouTuber beat mixed martial artist Tyron Woodley following a split decision from the judges in the latest fight in the ever-growing world of weird boxing bouts.

However, it seems Paul's bank account was the real winner on the night - if his Instagram Stories are to be believed.

The 24-year-old wrote: "When you get 10 percent closer to becoming a billionaire."

It doesn't take a mathematician to work out that Paul is saying he made $100,000,000 (£72,675,000) from beating 39-year-old Woodley, which seems highly unlikely.

Perhaps he's saying his total wealth has now reached the $100,000,000 mark? Whatever the case, he's undoubtedly enjoyed a big fat pay day.

We're all delighted for you.

However, some viewers speculated that the fight was rigged in Paul's favour.

The judges scored the fight 77-75, 75-77, 78-74 to the social media personality who was fighting in his home city of Cleveland, Ohio, yesterday (Sunday 29 August).

Taking to Twitter after the results came in, fans of Woodley (or haters of Paul) blasted the decision.

One wrote: "Cool another rigged win for Jake Paul. Woodley put no effort in so even if against all the odds it isn't rigged Woodley wanted to lose," before adding: "He [Woodley] was never rocked yet took no risks."

Another added: "Is it just me or does it look like all the Paul brothers fights are rigged??

"I mean Woodley could've ended this fight like 3 times already."

But many others felt Paul should have won the fight outright, and claims of foul play were purely motivated by a disliking of him.

One person wrote: "If you think the Paul Woodley fight was rigged you're just an idiot."

Another said: "Everyone who thinks that Paul/Woodley fight was 'rigged' is clearly biased because they don't like the image of the Paul brothers going from YouTube stars to boxers."

A third wrote: "I don't think the Paul/Woodley fight was rigged. I do think Jake Paul has yet to fight a professional boxer."
