Kendall Jenner has been granted a restraining order against a man who allegedly planned to kill her, according to TMZ.
According to legal documents obtained by the publication, Jenner said a Los Angeles Police Department detective told her on Thursday (25 March) that 24-year-old Malik Bowker had travelled across the country, intent on purchasing an illegal firearm and killing first Jenner, then himself.
In the documents, Jenner said she was told that Bowker is currently being held in the psychiatric ward of a local hospital, but could soon be released.

She added that she had never met Bowker, but his alleged threats had caused her significant anxiety and emotional distress.
Jenner headed to court yesterday (Monday 29 March) and a judge granted a temporary restraining order, meaning Bowker must stay 100 yards away from her at all times, according to TMZ.
Just a day earlier, a man made it onto Jenner's property and banged on her windows while shouting her name, before beginning to strip off his clothes so he could jump in the pool.
Security guards were able to prevent the 27-year-old from getting to Jenner and he was subsequently arrested for misdemeanour trespassing, according to another TMZ report.

But while Jenner is currently experiencing her own security issues, just a few weeks ago, it was a photo she shared which was making people far and wide feel insecure.
The photo, from a SKIMS Valentine's collection shoot, received the kind of response that only a member of the Keeping Up With The Kardashians clan can create.
One response read: "Idk who needs to hear this but stop comparing yourself to Kendall Jenner - she has money, surgery, lighting, photographers, editors, nutritionists, personal trainers, makeup artists etc. You have an iPhone camera. She looks unreal but that's her job."

Another said: "Sigh, girls you don't have to look like Kendall Jenner to be beautiful + not everything you see on social media is real because even she's had work done. She definitely is beautiful but so are you too so pls eat."
Jenner herself subsequently encouraged people not to get too hung up on the snaps.

She tweeted: "I am an extremely lucky girl. Appreciative of all that I have.
"But I want you to know I have bad days too and that I hear you! You are beautiful just the way you are!!! it's not always as perfect as it may seem."
In short, she wants you to know that you shouldn't use an opinion you have of someone else to affect your own opinion of yourself, which is sound advice, really.
