Kim Kardashian has sparked concern among fans who have questioned how healthy a recent video of her wearing a corset is.
The video, which you can see above, shows the reality star wearing a corset that gives her a tiny waist.

She shared the video, with the caption: "Just found this in my phone from my special trip to London last year to meet w Mr. Pearl.
"I wore a corset like this for the Met Ball for my @manfredthierrymugler Camp look but the corset was misplaced that night and I want it so badly preserved for my archive that I flew to London to have another made for the archive.
"We also might have started making a few more looks including my special 40th birthday look. Can't wait to show you the LOOKSSSS we've been cooking up."
But Kim, who has spent lockdown with her husband Kanye West and their four children, has caused her fans to raise concerns about the video.
The 39-year-old had thousands of comments within an hour of posting it, with people asking how she can breathe, where her organs are and whether she had some ribs removed.

And while many people have commented to say how good she looks, various followers and influencers have also said that the video could cause body negativity among girls and women.
One wrote: "Your businesses are amazing but this product is going overboard for many girls and young women who already struggle with body positivity. This is unrealistic!"
A third commented: "Is this a joke? Where are her organs?"
Another comment simply asked: "Ribs removed?"

Rib removal was historically said to be carried out by women in the twentieth century, with many achieving the look of having a tiny waist by having tightly laced corsets.
Another of her Instagram posts came under fire last week when fans spotted what they thought was a Photoshop fail, where it appeared that she had three hands.

The reality star shared some snaps from a pre-lockdown shoot in which she's wearing a snakeskin outfit and has a snakeskin effect edited on to her long hair.
However, some eagle-eyed social media users have pointed out that while her two hands are on the wall in front of her, you can somehow see a little glimpse of her snakeskin-manicured nails in her hair.
Given that Kim doesn't have three hands, fans have since called out the dodgy photo-editing, with one posting: "Yo who Photoshopped this... there's a hand in her hair."
Another asked: "Anybody else see the finger in her hair?"

A third wrote: "You left an extra hand in your hair."
Anyway, it seems as though Kim isn't bothered about her additional hand and has left the pics up.
