The Streets' Mike Skinner clearly isn't too bothered about any fans that may be squeamish as he's shared an utterly cringe- worthy video of him getting his shoulder popped back into place at hospital.

While he was performing in Birmingham on Friday, The Streets rapper decided to stage dive into his fans. Luckily, they caught him, but he didn't walk away unscathed.

Turns out he'd dislocated his shoulder and was rushed to A&E after his set.

The staff attended to him, giving him gas and air before he had to go through the painful process of having his shoulder pushed back into joint.

In the video you see Mike do the stage dive, filmed from the stage view, before it flicks to the rapper, topless, on a hospital bed.

Then Mike can be seen puffing on the gas and air before a member of staff carefully put his elbow back in place.

"I could cry, I literally could cry," he tells the camera while wearing a sling and doing a dance in the hospital waiting room.

The video then flicks to a selfie view of Mike who - obviously very grateful for the help - says: "Thank you so much to everyone at Birmingham City Hospital for putting my arm back in."

Many of his fans have commented on the video some saying how amusing, yet awful, the footage is.

One person commented: "Why is this so funny, bless him."

Another posted: "Bloody hell thought he was joking."

While a third said: "Ha ha no way! I remember him saying they were finishing the set and he was going to hospital but thought he was joking!"

One fan commended Mike for carrying on with his gig, despite the injury. They wrote: "Didn't stop you tearing it up last night. Great gig. Loved it."

But this isn't the only time the rapper has injured himself at a gig - back in 2009 he required medical attention after playing at the Cambridge Corn Exchange.

Part way through the group's set, Mike decided to do a bout of crowd surfing and ended up opening an old operation scar.

On the groups MySpace Page - yep, MySpace was still a big thing then - he posted: "Tonight someone held onto my belt so hard that my hernia scar from many years ago opened up to a bright red colour. Looks like a wee organ might pop out of its purpley red bloody gash."

Maybe it's a sign he should do a little less crowd surfing in the future.
